Returned Goods

If for some reason any item(s) is not acceptable, you may return it to us provided the item(s) has not been personalised in any way and it is sent back within 30 days of purchase. Your returned items must be sent back in their original condition & packaging along with your invoice or delivery note; please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

An exchange or refund in the form of a credit note can be offered.

If you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund (in the form of a credit note) please note this with your return request which will be dealt with when your return is received. Please send the goods back in their original packaging with a courier of your choice, please note that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We recommend that you send your return on a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.

 

Faulty Goods

If for some reason any item/s are faulty, you may return it to us please make sure the product is clean and dry and ready for fault inspection. If gloves are wet or dirty this will delay the return process. Please be sure to return the goods within 30 days of purchase.

Please send your return along with your invoice or delivery note, clearly explaining the reason for return along with the outcome you would like (Replacement, Exchange or Refund). We endeavour to deal with returns within 1-2 working days, however this may be longer depending on the nature of the fault. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We recommend that you send your return on a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Please enclose a copy of the posting receipt and if the item is found to be faulty we will refund this back to your account.

 

COVID-19 Update

Due to the obvious risks involved, it is not possible for us to accept returns of products such as face masks, visors etc. Once they have left our sphere of control, we cannot guarantee their safety for resale and therefore cannot return them to stock.
