Here at Enterprise Workwear Ltd we want every order you place with us to meet and exceed your expectations therefore we aim to deliver your order next day.

Please note:

1. Customised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

2. If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.

3. Delivery surcharges are considered a customer preference (e.g. Pre 10 delivery) and will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.

4. Free Returns refers to the fact that we don't charge a re-stocking fee. There is a small, non-refundable charge for returning the items via Collect +.

5. Unfortunately unless agreed we cannot refund any returns costs.

 A full refund will be made to you by the same method you originally used to pay for the order.

We aim to complete refunds within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
